‘Goodbye Kane’ Son Heung-min has found a new partner

Tottenham Hotspur have begun the search for a new striker to replace Harry Kane.

“Tottenham have made a move for Alejo Velis, 19, Rosario Central, to prepare for Kane’s departure this summer,” Spanish outlet Fichajes reported on Thursday.

A move for Kane is looking increasingly likely. Bayern Munich are preparing a fourth offer of more than €100 million after a third bid of €95 million was rejected.

It is likely that an agreement will be reached in the fourth offer. Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy initially insisted on a minimum fee of €100 million for Kane, so there is reason to be hopeful of an agreement.

Tottenham are also looking to replace Kane. After scoring 280 goals in 435 games for Spurs, it would be impossible to fill Kane’s void without a new signing.

Velis has emerged as a potential candidate. After breaking out in the Argentine league with six goals in the 2022 season, Bellis caught Spurs’ eye with 11 goals in the 2023 campaign that began in January.

He is considered the future of Argentina’s attacking game. Bellis 토토사이트 has yet to break into the A team, but his three goals in nine games for the Under-20s hinted at a bright future.

There’s even a specific transfer fee. According to the report, Tottenham are willing to pay a transfer fee of €15 million to sign Bellis.

If the deal goes through, it would be the highest transfer fee in Rosario Central history. Giovani Lo Celso brought Rosario a club record transfer fee of €10 million when he left for Paris Saint-Germain in 2016.
