Melco Crown, which has a 60% stake in Studio City, may choose to move tables from other Macau-based properties. If they choose to do so, they will need to reduce their share of the revenue generated.

Gambling industry experts believe Studio City will eventually be allowed to offer more than 150 small sets of money because it has more of a variety of attractions, not gambling. The Macau government wants resorts and other businesses to focus on other areas as the casino industry has recently suffered.
