Hanwha Eagles presents special gloves to local amateur baseball team.

The Hanwha Eagles held a baseball equipment delivery ceremony at the Hanwha Life Eagles Park in Daejeon, South Korea, on Wednesday to present the Shinheung Elementary School baseball team with gloves specially designed by the club.

Shinheung Elementary School won the 21st Park Chan-ho-ki National Elementary School Baseball Tournament in Gongju, Chungnam last month. As part of its support for local amateur baseball teams, Hanwha Eagles provided the winning team with supplies.

The donation had a special meaning. The team’s own gloves were embroidered with the Korean flag to encourage the players to grow up to represent the country.
