Macao Fisher’s Warf is a waterfront development under construction by Macao Legend Development Limited Casino Services Company. The group is seeking an increase in building height limits for unspecified parts of the site and is asking for 50% height to be added to the facility. If this group is approved for height increase, Fisher’s Warf will be the same height as Sands Macao operated by Sands China Ltd.
Macau Legends asked the Macau government to rise high. As part of Fisher’s Warf development, Babylon Casino will be the gaming venue operated under the gaming license of SJM Holdings Ltd.
The report did not say which part of Fisher’s Warf would be affected by the height increase. Either way, the proposal would increase the height from 60 meters to 90 meters above the ground. With the proposal, the organization is also calling for an increase in floor space.
Macau Legends is redeveloping Fisherman’s Wharf, which was set to open the Harborview Hotel’s soft on February 2. It plans to add two hotels, Legenddale and Legend Palace, to the hotels that opened in 2016 and 2017. Fisherman’s warp is a game zone in Macau.
