LAST-PLACE SAMSUNG MAKES COACHING CHANGES IN KOREA BASEBALL ORGANIZATION, HIRING COACHES PARK HEE-SOO AND LEE JUNG-SIK

SEOUL, South Korea (Yonhap) — Samsung Lions, the last-place (10th) team in the Korean Baseball Organization, has made changes to its coaching staff in an effort to revitalize the team .Ahead of its home game against the LG Twins at Samsung Lions Park in Daegu on Thursday, the team sent Chung Hyun-wook, who was in charge of the first-team pitching staff, to the reserve unit. Kwon Oh-jun, who was in charge of the first team bullpen, will replace Jung as the main coach of the first team. Park Hee-soo, who was the reserve team 스포츠토토링크 coach, was promoted to the first team and moved to bullpen coach .Battery also demoted Coach Chae Sang-byung to the Futures (second team) and called up Coach Lee Jung-sik.
