The Stratosphere Casino Hotel & Tower in the Las Vegas Strip topped the second tower through a gala event on Nov. 3.

Michael Colby, who plays celebrity impersonator Darren Lee as Elvis and Ricky Martin, performed on the American Superstar Show on a new room tower scheduled to open in the summer of 2001.

The total construction budget for the 24-story tower project is $65 million. When the tower opens, it includes 1,002 rooms and amenities. The number of rooms includes 100 suites with spa tubs throughout the floor.
