Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas with world-renowned architectural and design partners Fettle, Gianpiero Gallione Interior Design, Lifescapes International, and Marnell Architecture

Dreamscape’s multi-year redevelopment project, Which plans to fully acquire operations in the fourth quarter of this year, includes 2,500 all-suite rooms, 150,000-square-foot casino floors, 220,000-square-foot conference and convention space, five acres of luxury pullside amenities and general resort areas, with several new first-time market food and beverage concept designs.

Before founding the studio in 2020, Jian held top positions around the world, working with visionary Martin Brudnitsky in London and New York, Kelly Wearler in Los Angeles, and HBAs in Singapore.

GGID will design new F&B stores, while collaborating with Fertle at Forte Cosche, Reception and Circle Bar.

Lifescape International
