Bill C-218 Statement
The CEO of horse racing leader Jim Lawson most recently shared his thoughts on the passage of Bill C-218 in the Canadian Senate. The bill would allow provinces to offer sports betting to a single event, except for horse racing. Mr Lawson said the company’s position was very pleased because it held exclusive betting rights for horse betting in the provinces.
